Maybe baseball can bring us together…

With all the political disagreement pitting us all against each other, maybe baseball can give us a much-needed break. After all, who wouldn’t love seeing 2 teams in the series who haven’t been there since the ’40’s? The Cubs and Indians? Outstanding. As if seeing the Cubs eliminate the Dodgers, who outspent them by nearly a hundred million dollars, and Cleveland, outspent by almost as much in the AL, wasn’t satisfying enough, now we get to watch these 2 overachieving squads battle for all the marbles. Classic baseball at it’s finest. And best of all, at least one city in America will get to celebrate together, regardless of political affiliations. I envy them that.
