Grapevine tied up after crash, hazardous spill

The California Highway Patrol reported Tuesday night that the northbound lanes of Interstate 5 just south of Grapevine Road was tied up with a crash that resulted in a hazardous materials spill. By 10:15 p.m., the CHP had cleared two lanes to keep traffic moving north.
