A Taft woman whose three-year-old daughter died from blunt force trauma is going to prison for ten years. On Tuesday, Angela Hanna heard the sentence in Kern County Superior Court. She had pled guilty on four counts of willful cruelty to a child. That plea deal erased a count of second degree murder. Authorities say Hanna allowed her boyfriend Eric Foster to beat three-year-old Trinity Hanna to death in January of 2012. The toddler suffered genital trauma, water burns and a head injury. Foster has admitted to harming the child. He goes on trial September 19th.
