We've learned the name of the man killed while running across a northeast Bakersfield street. Joseph Holcomb, 49, of Bakersfield died around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at Manor Street and East Roberts Lane. According to 23 ABC, witnesses said a pickup traveling about 50 miles an hour was coming around a bend when it hit Holcomb.
