Who's the crook who illegally used an access card at a Bakersfield gas station? Police want to know, and they're asking for your help. The victim's access card was stolen during a vehicle burglary January 19th and was later used to buy gas at the Fastrip at 805 34th Street. Anybody who knows who might have been driving the car is asked to call Bakersfield police.
