He allegedly duped local women by claiming to be a talent scout. Now Bakersfield police are offering a reward to catch him. 45-year old Anthony Jefferson is wanted on charges of sexual battery by false pretense, indecent exposure, false impersonation and theft. Jefferson reportedly portrayed himself as a talent scout and also used the identity of real employees of major television networks to lure Bakersfield women to hotel rooms for interviews and auditions where police say he would perform various sex acts under the false pretense they were part of the role the women would be performing in a movie. The secret witness program is offering up to 2,000 dollars for information leading to Jefferson's arrest. The number is 322-4040.
