The Better Business Bureau is warning consumers about a phone scam involving crooks who pose as representatives of Microsoft or other computer companies in an effort to gain remote control of your computer to download malware or to obtain personal information.  KERN Radio's Jeff Lemucchi talks with Bakersfield BBB manager Connie Alarcon.
