A man accused of robbing a local bank remains on the lam.  Local investigators say Rudy Ferrel Jr., 38, is responsible for the Bank of the Sierra robbery on August 7.  He is described as a Hispanic man,  6 feet tall, 185 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  Contact the Bakersfield Police department if you have any information.
