According to the Bakersfield Police Department, The Secret Witness Program is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and filing of a criminal complaint against the person(s) responsible for murder of Joseph Loverdee Foster.
Nearly two years ago, on Feb. 28, 2010, Foster was found murdered inside his apartment at 1200 38th Street in Bakersfield.
The Bakersfield Police Department said they are seeking any information related to this crime.
Anyone in the community who has information regarding this incident is asked to call the police,
even if they believe the information is unimportant or was perhaps previously provided.
