Police were called about 5:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1 to a home on 15th Street in Delano. A woman there reportedly told officers a man she knew, 25-year-old Luis Alarcon, took her against her will to a spot outside of town where he allegedly forced her to take off her clothes and tried to rape her.
According to police, officeers were already at the victim's home when Alarcon brought her back. He was arrested at the home.
