Hall has been working with CalTrans, Boy Scouts and others since 2004 and so far they've bagged over 2,700 sacks of litter around town.
On Feb. 11, they'll meet at 9 a.m. at a local Park and Ride and fan out from there for two hours. To sign up, you can call the Mayor's Office at 661-326-3770.
