Newspaper Delivery Man Has Car Stolen



FEBRUARY 1, 2012 -- A newspaper delivery man had his car stolen in East Bakersfield from a mini mart.

According to the Bakersfield Police Department, the incident happened at about 4:40 a.m. Jan. 21 at the AM-PM
at 900 Monterey Street. 

The driver reportedly left his Geo parked outside with the engine running. That's when police said a man in the store came out, jumped in and drove off. 

The car was found in Lamont, Calif. and the suspect is described as Hispanic, twenty- to- twenty-five-years old, with triangle tattoos above and below his left eye.
