The California Highway Patrol said 46-year-old Francisco Reyes of Lancaster, Calif. was found dead just before 11:30 p.m. on Highway 14.
Reyes' rig reportedly left the road north of California City Boulevard and overturned. The Kern County Coroner is trying to determine whether he died from an accident or natural causes.
