Local law enforcement is searching for parolee and registered sex offender John Bustillos, whose GPS tracking ankle monitor is disabled and his whereabouts are unknown. Bustillos is a White male, 44 years of age, 5’08” tall, 160 lbs., with
brown hair and brown eyes.
