A guy allegedly flashes people at East Hills Mall and Bakersfield police need help identifying him. Authorities say around 3:30 pm on October 18 a man exposed himself to several mall employees. The suspect is described as an 18-year old black man, 5'6" 170 pounds wearing a red shirt and multi-colored pajama pants.
