Bakersfied Police Looking for Drug Suspect



On 10/25/12, Bakersfield Police Vice/Narcotic Detectives, Bakersfield Police Directed Policing Unit Officers and Drug Enforcement Agents executed search warrants in the 1100 block of Iris Street in Wasco, 4400 block of White Lane and 5400 block of Viewcrest Drive in Bakersfield. As a result of the searches, 389 grams of methamphetamine, $2000 in U.S. currency and a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee were seized. Prior to executing the warrants, Adrian Felix, 20 and Reyleon Rey-Rivas, 20, were seen leaving the Wasco location and a traffic stop was conducted. Officers located an additional 527 grams of methamphetamine in the vehicle they were operating and they were both arrested.

A third suspect, identified as Alvaro Felix 27 (A.K.A., Fernando Urias Eras), has been linked to the investigation. This was the result of an extensive investigation which began in March 2012 and led by the Bakersfield Police Vice/Narcotics Unit.

This investigation led to the identification of a mid-level Drug Trafficking Organization operating in the Bakersfield/Kern County area. As a result, a total of 8 subjects were arrested, over 3 pounds of methamphetamine, a quarter pound of heroin, one handgun, and $1,400 in U.S. currency were seized.

Attached is a photograph of Alvaro Felix. His location is unknown and a warrant has been issued for his arrest for possession for sale of a controlled substance, transportation of a controlled substance and conspiracy.
